Replymate ("we", "us") operates replymate.me and the Replymate dashboard. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it when you join our waitlist, create an account, or use our services.

Information we collect

• Email address when you join the waitlist or sign in
• Account and platform connection data needed to automate DMs
• Conversation content processed to generate replies on your behalf
• Usage analytics to improve the product

How we use your data

We use your data to provide DM automation, authenticate your account, send product updates, and improve Replymate. We do not sell your personal data.

Data security

API keys, platform sessions, and LLM calls are processed server-side. Credentials are not stored in the browser. See our security page for details.
